These terms describe how Nespresso communicates with buyers, distributors and brand owners during OEM, ODM and private-label small kitchen appliance projects. By sending a request, reviewing a quotation or using this website, you agree that early project discussions are exploratory until a signed commercial agreement, confirmed specification and accepted purchase order are in place.
All quotations are based on the information available at the time of review, including target quantity, appliance configuration, packaging, certification region, requested accessories and delivery assumptions. Pricing, lead time and sample cost may change when the specification, material choice, compliance scope or logistics route changes. We do not treat informal website messages as binding orders.
Samples are prepared to verify selected functions, appearance and packaging direction. A sample does not automatically represent final mass-production approval. Buyers should review performance, markings, instructions, carton condition and any territory-specific compliance requirements before confirming production. Changes requested after sample approval may affect cost and timeline.
Buyers are responsible for confirming that logos, trademarks, product names, images and packaging claims provided to us are authorized for their use. We handle submitted brand materials for project evaluation and production support, but ownership remains with the party that legally controls those materials.
Website content is provided for general B2B sourcing guidance. It is not a substitute for legal, regulatory or engineering advice in your market. Formal obligations are governed by the final contract documents agreed between both parties.
