RFQ response within 24 hoursMonday to Friday, 9:00-18:30 China Standard Time.
US and EU launch calls can be scheduled with advance notice.
A good RFQ does not need to be perfect, but it should explain the buyer context. Tell us whether you are building for Amazon, regional distribution, retail shelf, hotel supply or subscription coffee programs. Mention target quantity, preferred machine type, color direction, plug type, certification region and any packaging requirements. If you have competitor references, share the functional reason you like them rather than asking us to copy a consumer brand.
After receiving your note, our team checks whether the project needs a standard OEM configuration, a private-label packaging plan or a deeper ODM review. We may ask about pressure level, cup volume, water tank capacity, cleaning expectations, accessories and warranty responsibilities. This early conversation protects your timeline because it highlights decisions that affect sample cost, tooling risk and compliance testing.
For urgent launches, include the target ship date and the channel deadline. For careful brand launches, include your desired price band and the customer experience you want after unboxing. Both types of project are welcome; the difference is how we stage sampling and confirmation.
If you are comparing several supplier quotes, you can also send the points that feel unclear. We will help you understand which differences come from materials, tooling, certification, packaging, payment terms or logistics assumptions. A transparent comparison is often the fastest way to avoid a low quote that later becomes an expensive delay.
